Network Administration
Once installed, a Client/Server network will require some ongoing administration.
Larger companies will typically employ a Network Administrator. However such a role is usually beyond the budget of smaller businesses and, in any case, the administration requirement for a smaller company would almost certainly not require full time attention.
Therefore most small and medium size companies opt to contract an Administrator on an 'as and when' basis - a role that Redwing Software would be happy to undertake for you. Depending on the size of company, a few hours a month is perhaps all that would be required along with a 'Call Out' arrangement for emergencies.
