Some notes on ownership of custom built applications...

• The ownership of all custom built applications developed by Redwing Software resides wholly with the customer who can copy and distribute the application throughout their organisation however they wish.
 
• The application itself is always totally 'open source' - thus the customer is free to undertake any future development regardless of Redwing Software's involvement.
 
• The only licenses required by the customer will be for third party products that are needed in order to run the custom built application. For example, if an application has been developed in Microsoft Access then the relevant Access licenses will be required for each PC running the application.
 
• The only restriction on the application regards it's sale as a commercial product which is only allowed with Redwing Software's prior agreement.
